ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING –Wednesday 29th March 2023 AT 6:15PM
I am writing to you as a Member of TDC to send you formal notice of TDC’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which will now be held on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at the Brighthelm Centre, BN1 1YD.
Registration. Registration will open at 5:45pm with the formal AGM starting at 6:15pm.
Agenda. The meeting will include formal business of approving the previous AGM’s minutes; approving the accounts; appointing auditors and voting for new Trustees. After the formalities, everyone can enjoy some food and the Launch of our new project – Act on Cancer Together (ACT). You will have the opportunity to meet TDC staff and trustees and we will finish by 8:15pm.
Act on Cancer Together – ACT. We will be launching our new ACT project, working in partnership with Macmillan Horizon Centre and Hangleton and Knoll Project. ACT will increase early cancer diagnosis and support people with a diagnosis to access holistic care. ACT volunteers will be sharing inspiring stories of surviving cancer at the AGM.
Trustees. We will be re-electing three of our Trustees. Further information will be included with the AGM papers, which will be available on our website shortly here.
Auditors. There will be a vote on whether to continue with the current auditors Kreston Reeves, who have overseen our last two audits.
