The summer holidays are approaching fast and our Summer Holiday Activity Programme for 11- 16 year olds is out now!
The programmes/booking forms can be collected from the 67 Centre, St Georges Hall or Moulsecoomb Leisure Centre and our youth team are busy trying to try to get them distributed to more pick up points asap. The summer programme is supported by the Bevendean Activities Group. The BAG, as they are otherwise known, are a group of young people who help the TDC Community Workers for Young People to develop youth activities locally. We are going to expand this group to include Moulsecoomb and Coldean too, so if you are (or you think you might know) a young person who would like to get involved in making sure that activities for 11-16s are fun and affordable please get in touch with Caroline. Its great volunteering experience and would look pretty good on your CV!
