Connecting older people with their local community
We support older people to create, maintain and enjoy their own community groups. We focus on people who are aged 50+ and who live areas of the city with high levels of poverty and depravation.
Our work includes addressing isolation, promoting good health and well-being, digital inclusion and supporting older people to be part of their local communities where they can belong and thrive.
