Support for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in Brighton and Hove

The Integrated Migrant Pathways project in collaboration with the Robin Hood Health Foundation and Brighton Exiled/Refugee Trauma Service (BERTS). The project has focused on supporting and empowering migrants by addressing the barriers they face when integrating into new communities and accessing essential services.

Through this work, the project has helped to improve health and wellbeing outcomes, promote social inclusion, and enhance access to support and opportunities across Brighton and Hove. As part of the project, we’ve provided tailored social prescribing support for migrants, refugees and asylum seekers. We also held consultations with experts by experience – individuals with lived experience of migration, as well as members of the Refugee and Migrant (RAM) Mental Health Forum.

These conversations have informed the development of an online MRAS Support and Services Directory, alongside the Improving Migrant Pathways Consultation Report.
