TDC’s 121 Youth Coaching offer, supporting the city’s young people to overcome challenges and find purposeful direction.
TDC operates in various spaces where young people are, including:

Our consistent ‘Connect Coaching’ offer will be widely accessible wherever a young person presents with their needs. Currently referrals into our Connect coaching service are not open to external organisations.
When young people are ready, we introduce them to our Connect Participation Team.

A targeted 1-1 youth coaching programme that works to improve the long-term outcomes for some of the city’s most vulnerable young people
Connect Hospital Youth Work
Our youth worker team based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital offering help, support and advice to young people in A&E.
Connect Turnaround Community Navigation
A national programme developed by Ministry of Justice to prevent young people entering the criminal justice system.
